Melissa D. Wischerath is an associate in Lipsitz Green Scime Cambria’s Personal Injury department. She focuses her practice on recovering damages for clients in all manner of personal injury cases, including construction accidents, workplace injuries, automobile accidents, defective products/products liability, slip and fall accidents, discrimination, civil rights, and toxic torts. Ms. Wischerath has experience working with the disenfranchised and was recognized during her practice in Oregon for her pro bono work, as well as her service to and compassion for clients from all walks of life. She received her J.D. from the State University of New York at Buffalo in 2011 and a B.A. from Fordham University in 2004.
Taylor D. Golba is an associate in Lipsitz Green Scime Cambria’s Personal Injury department. He focuses his practice on representing clients in a wide variety of personal injury cases, including automobile accidents, construction accidents, motorcycle accidents, workplace accidents, defective machinery and products accidents, injuries on property, dog bites, boating accidents, truck accidents, and slip and fall injuries. Mr. Golba was the recipient of the Jacob D. Hyman Scholarship and was a competitor on the Trial Team at SUNY Buffalo School of Law. He received his J.D. cum laude from the State University of New York at Buffalo in 2017 and a B.S. cum laude from the State University of New York at Buffalo in 2012.
Alexander E. Basinski is an associate in Lipsitz Green Scime Cambria’s Criminal Defense Trials and Appeals department. He represents clients in a wide variety of legal matters. Along with general criminal defense, Mr. Basinski focuses his practice on First Amendment law and land use and zoning issues. Mr. Basinski received his J.D. from the State University of New York at Buffalo in 2017 and a B.A. from Canisius College in 2013.
