Anthony Faraco provides legal counsel to clients engaged in complex commercial litigation. He has a diverse and wide-ranging practice, with extensive experience in matters that include contractual disputes, real estate disputes, commercial real estate, business torts, fraud claims, criminal defense, and estate litigation. Anthony regularly represents corporations and individuals in a range of legal proceedings that includes trials, appeals, arbitrations, and mediations.
Anthony draws upon his past experience as an in-house counsel, which provides unique insight as he identifies the legal needs and risk assessment of his business clients.
Recent examples of matters Anthony has handled, include:
- Served as in-house counsel for the country’s largest privately owned commercial real estate company;
- Represented an international technology company in a multimillion dollar contractual dispute; and
- Represented a national consumer product company in all of their toxic tort litigation throughout the Northeast region of the United States.
Outside of his legal practice, as a cancer survivor, Anthony dedicates time to charitable organizations in the fight to find a cure.
