Amy J. Vigneron is a Junior Partner in Lipsitz Green Scime Cambria’s Business & Corporate and Real Estate departments. She focuses her practice in the areas of Business and Corporate Law as well as Commercial and Residential Real Estate. Ms. Vigneron has been a trusted partner to businesses for over 30 years. She provides legal counsel to clients on a wide array of transactional matters, to assist in realizing their business goals. Ms. Vigneron also has significant experience providing legal guidance to all stakeholders involved in real estate transactions. She earned a J.D. from Syracuse University College of Law and a B.A. from the State University of New York at Oswego.
William J. Justyk is a Junior Partner in Lipsitz Green Scime Cambria’s Business & Corporate and Real Estate departments. He focuses his practice in the areas of Commercial and Residential Real Estate as well as Business and Corporate Law. Mr. Justyk provides legal guidance to clients in all phases of commercial and residential real estate transactions. He represents businesses and individuals in the purchase, sale, and financing of property. Mr. Justyk also works collaboratively with a wide range of business entities to address their legal needs. He earned a J.D. from Albany Law School, Union University and a B.A. from Syracuse University.
Patricia A. Rauh is an Associate in Lipsitz Green Scime Cambria’s Estates, Wills, and Trusts department. She focuses her practice in the areas of estate planning, estate administration, and elder law. She has significant experience preparing a variety of estate planning documents for clients, including Wills, Health Care Proxies, Powers of Attorney, and Trusts. Ms. Rauh also represents clients in matters before Surrogate’s Court and provides clients with legal strategies to preserve their assets in anticipation of requiring long-term care. She earned a J.D. and B.A. from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
Terrie Benson Murray is Of Counsel in Lipsitz Green Scime Cambria’s Estates, Wills, and Trusts department. She has over 30 years of experience guiding individuals, families, and corporations to help make the most of clients’ end-of-life wishes. Ms. Benson Murray focuses her practice on all areas of estate planning and elder law, including wills, guardianships, trusts, healthcare proxies, living wills, powers of attorney, estate tax matters, and Medicaid planning. Ms. Benson Murray was previously a Partner with Cohen & Lombardo and prior to that, she served as Managing Attorney for the Buffalo offices of the UAW Legal Services Plan. She earned a J.D. from the State University of New York at Buffalo and a B.A. from the State University of New York at Fredonia.
