Victoria Dailey focuses her practice in the areas of Estate Planning, Elder Law, and Estate Administration and Probate. She offers legal guidance to individuals, families, and businesses to help make the most of clients’ end-of-life wishes.

Ms. Dailey is experienced in preparing Estate Planning documents for clients, including:

  • Wills;
  • Revocable and Irrevocable Trusts;
  • Health Care Proxies; and
  • Power of Attorney.

Ms. Dailey has in-depth knowledge of complex tax implications involved in estate matters. She utilizes her experience and insight to provide clients with strategies that minimize their tax burden.

In addition, Ms. Dailey counsels clients on Surrogate’s Court proceedings pertaining to estate administration, probate, and guardianship matters. She represents clients in New York State guardianship cases that include Article 17, Article 17-A, and Article 81.
