On Friday, October 27th, after a week of trial in Rome, New York, attorney William Moore secured an undisclosed monetary settlement for four victims of a tour bus accident. The four individuals, who are Canadian citizens, were among 30 passengers injured on a New York City bound tour bus in 2011. The bus was pulling from the shoulder onto the I-90 near Waterloo, New York, when it was struck by a tractor-trailer, causing a catastrophic accident.
