    Real Estate Attorney

    Lipsitz Green Scime Cambria is seeking a Real Estate Attorney to join the Firm.

    The ideal candidate must have a minimum of five years of experience in Real Estate law and transactions, and an excellent understanding of title examinations, certificates and insurance, deed packages, contracts, mortgage payoffs, and other closing actions. Candidates must be highly motivated and have excellent communication skills.

    Responsibilities:

    • Advise clients on legal issues related to real estate transactions, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
    • Drafting and negotiating residential real estate contracts
    • Handling real estate closings, including the preparation of necessary documents and title searches
    • Commercial acquisitions, sales, and financing
    • Experience in title matters and acting as examining counsel in connection with residential and commercial closings
    • Manage and organize paralegal workload

    Qualifications:

    • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
    • Must be licensed in New York State to practice law.
    • Minimum of least five years of experience, ten years preferred.

    Compensation:

    $90,000 – $145,000 yearly, depending on a wide range of factors, including experience, skills, and qualifications.

        Corporate and Business Litigation Legal Assistant

        Lipsitz Green Scime Cambria is seeking a Corporate and Business Litigation Legal Assistant to join the Firm.

        The ideal candidate will have at least two (2) years legal secretary/assistant experience, preferably in the areas of Corporate Law and Business Litigation.

        The Corporate and Business Litigation Legal Assistant position will involve supporting 2-3 lawyers in the Corporate and Business Litigation Departments. An ideal candidate will be proficient in file organization, document management, managing deadlines and attorney calendars, communication with clients, and assistance with case preparation and management.

        Compensation:

        • $40,000 – $60,000 annually, depending on a wide range of factors, including experience, skills, and qualifications.

            Commercial Litigation Legal Assistant

            Lipsitz Green Scime Cambria is seeking a Commercial Litigation Legal Assistant to join the Firm.

            The ideal candidate will have at least three (3) years legal assistant experience, preferably in the area of Litigation. Must have experience managing files and monitoring deadlines, ability to maintain working relationships with clients as well as excellent organizational, computer, communication and legal administrative skills.

             Compensation:

            • $45,000 – $60,000, yearly, depending on a wide range of factors, including experience, skills, and qualifications.
