D’Youville College is being sued by three students of their Doctor of Chiropractic program for “false and deceptive representations.”
Jeffrey Reina and Joseph Manna, Business Litigation attorneys with Lipsitz Green Scime Cambria, are representing the three students in their lawsuit against D’Youville College. As reported by Courthouse News Service, the students say their alma matter lied to prospective students by telling them a degree from the school would make them eligible for licensures in all states, Washington, D.C., Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and all Canadian provinces and many foreign countries.
When the three student completed their program at D’Youville College, they found that there were a significant number of state licensing boards, including California and North Carolina, that did not recognize the Chiropractic program.
