Michael Maiorana has served as an advocate for injured workers for over 25 years. He draws from his significant professional experience to provide insight to clients on how contracts, pensions, and healthcare & disability policies interact with the workers’ compensation process.
Mr. Maiorana is passionate about helping all injured workers understand the workers’ compensation process and obtain all the benefits they are entitled to. He has worked a wide spectrum of injured workers, union and nonunion, across virtually all industries.
For the past twelve years, Mr. Maiorana has served as a Workers’ Compensation Paralegal at Lipsitz Green Scime Cambria. In this role, he provides guidance to clients who are navigating the workers’ compensation process, drafts legal documents regarding workers’ compensation claims, and engages in a variety of other matters to help efforts to get injured workers all the compensation they are entitled to.
Mr. Maiorana works as a point of contact for union officials and labor leaders on legal matters related to workplace safety and workers’ compensation.
Prior to joining Lipsitz Green Scime Cambria, Mr. Maiorana served as an officer in the United Auto Workers Local 424. He was the Union Benefit Plans Representative for UAW Local 424.
