The law firm of Lipsitz Green Scime Cambria is proud to announce that Joseph J. Manna, a senior partner at the firm, has been elected to the board of commissioners of the Rushford Lake Recreational District.
The Rushford Lake Recreational District was chartered in 1981 through the New York State Legislature. The district is a statutorily created body that governs Rushford Lake, the Caneadea Dam, and municipally owned land around the bodies of water.
The district charter calls for a managing board of five commissioners who have the responsibility to oversee and manage the operation, finance, and maintenance of the land the Rushford Lake Recreational District comprises. Mr. Manna now serves as one of the five commissioners on that board, serving a three-year term.
Mr. Manna focuses on both representing victims of serious personal injuries, including medical malpractice, nursing home abuse, and construction worker injury cases, and on business litigation, primarily involving construction disputes. Over his 20 year career, Mr. Manna has distinguished himself as a tenacious trial attorney who aggressively pursues the best possible results for his clients. He has been named to some of the legal industry’s most prestigious peer recognition publications, including Best Lawyers in America and Super Lawyers.
