Matthew Pickard in an Associate in Lipsitz Green Scime Cambria’s Commercial Real Estate and Corporate Law departments. He represents clients in all facets of commercial real estate transactions. Mr. Pickard’s real estate clients include buyers, sellers, lenders, landlords, and property owners. In addition, Mr. Pickard provides legal counsel to a wide range of business entities. He received a J.D. from the State University of New York at Buffalo in 2024 and a B.S., summa cum laude, from the State University of New York at Buffalo in 2021.
Haley Muehlbauer is an Associate in Lipsitz Green Scime Cambria’s Criminal Defense department. Ms. Muehlbauer provides guidance and protection to clients who are facing criminal charges at the local, state, and federal levels. She defends clients charged in a vast range of criminal matters, including felonies, misdemeanors, and petty larceny. In addition, Ms. Muehlbauer represents clients engaged in a wide spectrum of complex civil litigation matters. She received a J.D. from the State University of New York at Buffalo in 2024 and a B.A., summa cum laude, from the State University of New York at Buffalo in 2021.
