Max Humann is a Senior Partner in Lipsitz Green Scime Cambria’s Personal Injury department. He focuses his practice on advocating for the rights of individuals who have suffered a personal injury. Mr. Humann is experienced in successfully recovering monetary damages for clients who have suffered injuries as the result of a wide array of accidents, including automobile accidents, workplace accidents, motorcycle accidents, bicycle accidents, and slip and fall accidents. He earned a J.D. from the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Law and a B.A. from the State University of New York at Buffalo. Mr. Humann has been recognized by his peers in Super Lawyers’ annual publication the past five years, 2018 – 2023.
Justin D. Ginter is a Senior Partner in Lipsitz Green Scime Cambria’s Criminal Defense department. Mr. Ginter focuses his practice on providing guidance and protection throughout the criminal justice process to clients charged with a crime. He represents clients charged with all levels of crime – including felonies and misdemeanors – at the local, state, and federal levels. Mr. Ginter earned a J.D. from the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Law and a B.A., cum laude, from the State University of New York at Buffalo. Dale J. Bauman is a Senior Partner in Lipsitz Green Scime Cambria’s Personal Injury department. Mr. Bauman focuses his practice on all aspects of personal injury litigation for injured clients. He is experienced arguing matters before New York State’s Appellate Division. Mr. Bauman is admitted to practice in New York State, New Jersey, and Florida. He maintains an active personal injury practice in both New York and Florida. Mr. Bauman received a J.D. from the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Law, a Masters of Public Health from the State University of New York at Buffalo, and a B.S. from the University of Scranton. Melissa D. Wischerath is a Senior Partner in Lipsitz Green Scime Cambria’s Personal Injury department. Ms. Wischerath focuses her practice on fighting to protect the rights of people who have been hurt, abused, or neglected through no fault of their own. She recovers damages for clients in a wide variety of wrongful death and catastrophic injury cases, including police abuse, construction injuries, car crashes, and product liability matters. Ms. Wischerath is admitted to practice in New York State and Oregon. She received a J.D. from the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Law and a B.A. from Fordham University. Jaime Michelle Cain is a Senior Partner in Lipsitz Green Scime Cambria’s Business and Corporate department. Ms. Cain focuses her practice on serving the legal needs of buyers, sellers, lenders, landlords, owners, and other stakeholders in all facets of real estate and business transactions. She assists buyers and sellers through all phases of real estate purchases, refinances, leasing, and construction. In addition, Ms. Cain has significant experience representing clients in franchise purchases. She also conducts Fair Housing training and consultation for owners, landlords, and investors. Ms. Cain is admitted to practice in New York State and Pennsylvania. She received a J.D., cum laude, from Syracuse University and a B.A., magna cum laude, from Syracuse University. Ms. Cain has been recognized by her peers in Super Lawyers, 2020-2023.
