Richard A. Maltese, Jr. is a Junior Partner in Lipsitz Green Scime Cambria’s Workers’ Compensation department. He focuses his practice on obtaining benefits and recovering financial losses for workers across many industries who have suffered a wide variety of injuries. Mr. Maltese has been named to The Best Lawyers in America’s Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch and Super Lawyers “Rising Stars.” He received a J.D. from the State University of New York at Buffalo in 2013, a M.S. in Microbiology from Wagner College in 2008, and a B.S., cum laude, from Wagner College in 2006. Mr. Maltese joined Lipsitz Green Scime Cambria in 2014.
Dale J. Bauman is a Junior Partner in Lipsitz Green Scime Cambria’s Personal Injury department. He handles all aspects of personal injury litigation for injured clients, and has argued appeals before various Departments of the Appellate Division of State Supreme Court. Mr. Bauman is admitted to and actively practices in New York State, New Jersey, and Florida. He has been named to The Best Lawyers in America’s Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch and Super Lawyers “Rising Stars.” Mr. Bauman received a J.D. from the State University of New York at Buffalo in 2010, a Masters of Public Health from the State University of New York at Buffalo in 2007, and a B.S. from the University of Scranton in 2004, majoring in neuroscience. He joined Lipsitz Green Scime Cambria in 2016.
Karoline R. Faltas is a Junior Partner in Lipsitz Green Scime Cambria’s Workers’ Compensation department. She focuses her practice on representing injured workers across many industries in New York State in a variety of Workers’ Compensation issues. Ms. Faltas has been named to The Best Lawyers in America’s Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch and Super Lawyers “Rising Stars.” She received a J.D. from Capital University Law School in 2014 and a B.S. from The Ohio State University in 2010. Ms. Faltas joined Lipsitz Green Scime Cambria in 2017.
Melissa A. Wischerath is a Junior Partner in Lipsitz Green Scime Cambria’s Personal Injury department. She focuses her practice on recovering damages for clients who have suffered a personal injury in all types of accidents and victims whose civil rights have been violated. Ms. Wischerath is admitted to practice in New York State, Oregon, Oregon State Court of Appeals, several districts of United States District Court, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. She has been named to The Best Lawyers in America’s Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch and Super Lawyers “Rising Stars.” Ms. Wischerath received a J.D. from the State University of New York at Buffalo in 2011 and a B.A. from Fordham University in 2004.
