Robert A. Scalione has over twenty years of experience as a trial attorney. He focuses his practice in the area of personal injury law; representing plaintiffs in matters including car accidents, construction accidents, slip & fall accidents, and workplace injuries.
Mr. Scalione has earned a reputation as a zealous advocate for victims of personal injuries, working relentlessly to achieve the best possible result for his clients. Over the course of his career, Mr. Scalione has recovered millions of dollars in damages on behalf of injury victims.
Prior to joining Lipsitz Green Scime Cambria, Mr. Scalione was a Partner at the law firm of Riordan and Scalione. He also previously served as a prosecutor in the Erie County District Attorney’s Office as well as the Broward County State Attorney’s Office in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
Mr. Scalione received his J.D. from the State University of New York at Buffalo in 1997 and a B.A., cum laude, from the State University of New York at Geneseo in 1994. He has been named to Super Lawyers, Buffalo Business First’s Who’s Who in Law, and America’s Top 100 High Stakes Litigators.
